The best way I can describe this, is after applying it feels like your face woke up, like the pores are breathing. For me it isn't tingling as much as it just feels like it's getting fresh air and circulation. I notice some brightening and it feels like a very fresh way to start my day. I don't find it drying on my normal-to-dry sensitive skin. There is a faint scent I also like. Sort of like a smoothie.

I have used Obagi-C lotion for many years. It exfoliates slowly and if you use it daily and have the same experience as I, you’ll notice smoother, brighter skin.
