I was originally "prescribed" this line by my derm and purchased it at her clinic. I had horrible acne as a result of an emergency hysterectomy and the ensuing hormonal changes. This line cleared my skin quickly and has kept the acne at bay without the use of any other topical treatments such as Retin-A. Please do not hesitate to purchase this product. It doesnt dry the skin excessively like a lot of other acne cleansers, and a little goes a long way. Since it contains salicylic acid, and not benzoyl peroxide, it can be used along with the Obagi Clear 3 (which I also love). Awesome cleanser!
