I have used Obagi ELASTiderm Eye Treatment Gel for daytime wear for approx. 5 years. I also use Obagi ELASTiderm Eye Cream for bedtime. This has proven to be just what my eyes needed. Works for me! Would not use any other product for my eyes. Folks are surprised to learn my age (when I tell them).

I tried this product after the NeoCutis Lumiere packaging was changed making it too big to go in my carry-on bag when I fly. I had used Lumiere for the past four years and was pleased with it but this is better. It has significantly reduced the puffiness and the dark circles under my eyes and Ive only used it for the past week. Ive given it 4 stars because I wonder if it will not be moisturizing enough once the real winter gets here. I am glad I tried it.

I have been using this product nightly for the past couple months and I am not completely impressed. I suppose it helped reduce some puffiness and may have even reduced some fine lines but still not what I expected. The product is fairly expensive for the amount you get plus many times I had trouble getting the product out. I will admit that a little goes a long way and it does not irritate your eyes. Overall, I just expected more from on Obagi product.

I really love this product. I have very sensitive skin. I had been expericencing an irritation to my eyes other eye creams. Additionally, I would have a combination of itchy, dry, red and irritated skin around my eyes. I need a product for wrinkles and hydration. I chose, the Obagi Gel so that I could wear day and/or night, with or without makeup. Since I have been using the Obagi Gel, the skin around my eyes has completely recovered. I love this Gel - it's so smooth and light. I use it every night after I apply my Elastiderm Eye Cream. I've seen great improvement in the softness and smoothness of my eyelids! One note - I don't use it under my make up - it doesn't seem to receive powdered eye shadow on my lids so well - gets kind of flaky. So I just use it at night on my lids and just under my eyes during the day. It's still a fabulous product! just bought another jar!

About a year ago, I had blepharoplasty, both upper and lower. Even with the surgery, my dr suggested Obagi Eye products. My reason for using the gel over the cream is the pump vs. jar. The pump helps prevent contamination (even with clean hands, there is still bacteria) and retards antioxidant deterioration. The fact that Obagi offers Eye Cream in a jar is troubling to me--if my limited college chemistry classes taught me about free radicals, etc., surely this elite company knows, but for some reason, chooses to overlook the research. My eyes look brighter immediately after using the product which leads me to believe there is something in it that reflects light, but I do not necessarily see that same effect after cleaning. Time may show more improvement, I certainly hope so.

I have been using this product for over a year with great success. It does work to smooth lines and wrinkles. It is not Botox in a jar but it does work very well based on other products out there. I use it on my forehead, crows feet, and under my eyes with great results based on what I logically think it will do for me. People need to be realistic in the review of any item. If you are older, have heavy wrinkles, and sun damaged skin/aged skin, consider a face lift or intensive medical skin treatments since this is not going to do much for you. If you have not taken care of your skin for years then move onto something else since this is not going to give you results. This is not some miracle cream of the Gods. Also, you may have to use this product more than just 2 weeks. Cleanse your face with good products and use this product consistently. I am a male and this works very well for me. I have oily skin however, I use it at night and during the day I use the gel. I have had people say my skin looks great and more youthful so something works (I am almost 40 and have fewer wrinkles than 20 year olds). You must also have a healthy lifestyle, diet, and exercise if you want anything to work for you. Healthy body = Healthy Skin……..
