I have sensitive skin with rosacea and psoriasis. I am also a tretinoin user and so my skin needs a moisturizer that keeps my skin moisturized, calm, and without irritation. After all the different ones I've tried, Obagi Hydrate works best. It's wonderfully soothing for my skin, has no fragrance, no other actives and no frills (vitamin C in particular irritates my skin and hyaluronic acid just dries it out). It's all I can ask for.
