Working in a face mask in a hospital all day went from bad to worse when the N95 mask became the norm. I stopped complaining about the regular face mask as they were nothing compared to the N95. Obagi Daily Hydro-Drops is an exceptional product. Not only does it feel great on the skin, it makes a difference with regards to hydrating the skin. Lines / wrinkles are plumper. Texture is softer. The smell is pleasant as well. I have now purchased my 2nd bottle. The drawback is, however, the packaging (bottle/pump) is not the most efficient design as it does not allow to use 100% of the product (unable to reach very bottom of bottle), and it difficult to maneuver. A better design is much needed. However, as mentioned above, the product itself is effective.

Loved the product...
and purchased a second time. But, once the container was down to half full, the dropper doesn't fill properly. This makes it time consuming and challenging to use all of the product. Disappointing.

Product is great, packaging ruins the experience
I do love this serum- it is lightweight and very hydrating. There is a scent that is mild, which is ok, I generally prefer low to no scent products. If it weren't for the horrendous bottle and dispenser I would buy again. The dispenser is sort of a built in dropper system, however this product is too thick for a dropper and at times it is impossible to get the product out. I've ended up trying to pour straight from the bottle which results in too much product. Overall, while I like this product, I would skip purchasing and instead find a comparable brand and product with better dispensing system. It is just too much of a pain for the cost.
