Didn’t love this one
I haven’t had an Obagi product that I didn’t love - until I purchase this face wash. It feels like it takes a lot of product to even cover your face and even then I don’t feel super clean. I’ll use this bottle until it’s done but it won’t be a repeat buy for me.

I have always bought this soap and the first thing that disappoints me is not the same product, the one I usually use is pink and with a pleasant medicated smell, this one has a transparent color and a very disappointed commercial smell. I'm disappointed

Weird smell
I’ve been using Obagi products for years now and just opened the bottle of cleanser and it smells. I don’t really remember it ever having a smell or maybe it wasn’t a distinct but I’m worried that I was sent an off product.

I won’t purchase again. I wanted to try bc I have super sensitive skin and this is marketed as a gentle cleanser. I didn’t like the added fragrance and the way it felt on my face after I washed it off. It’s a no from me.

Good cleanser but not gentle enough for my sensitive skin
The gentle cream cleanser I've used forever was discontinued, so after reading all of the positive reviews of this one I decided to try it. I have rosacea and extremely sensitive and dry skin, and although I think this is a wonderful cleanser, it was too drying for my face. Probably still a great product though!
