First, I am a loyal user of Obagi C 20%. I’ve tried multiple brands and always return to obagi C serum. It absorbs quickly and gives my skin a healthy glow! I bought the 10% for my daughter (age 23) to get her started on a good routine, but it was too strong for her sensitive skin and she had to scale back usage. This is prob her age and her skin type. Otherwise I am a fan!

I've been seeing a lot of good things about vitamin C. I've never tried it and decided to incorporate it into my routine. Obagi is a trusted brand, and I have sensitive skin, which is why I decided on the 10%. I have only been using it for 1 month (every other day in the am), so I am not sure if I see the results yet. I also still have acne, which makes it difficult to decipher what is working. While I have sensitive skin, I don't notice any burning or redness upon application. I also use a blue/red light occasionally and Differin every other night. So, the combination of all 3 can cause some dryness. However, I'm excited to see how my skin is with continued use! A little goes a long way -- so I think this bottle might last me 6-12 months.

I've been using this formula now for a couple of weeks (10%), but I can't seem to tolerate it more than applying it every other day. Even with just using it on alternate days, it makes my face red. Just as an FYI, I am also using retinol every p.m. Time will tell if my skin adjusts, and I can use this long term.

I love the entire Obagi line. I have fair skin with freckles and have been using the Nu Derm skin regimen for about a year and can markedly tell a difference in my complexion. I am so happy to find a vitamin c serum that does NOT cause me to breakout! I have to be careful about putting it too close to my eyes because my eyes will sting all day if it gets in them. After a few weeks I gave notice a little bit of a difference in the overall quality of my skin, but it might be too early to tell the long term benefits-- that's why I gave it four stars and not five stars. But I like it. It absorbs well without being sticky and then I put my obagi SPF 50 on top. I let both settle for a one or two before applying my foundation when I wear it.

I think this might work better for drier skin or in the winter. It's definitely potent, but it feels a little oily and smells a little metallic going on. My skin feels kind of sweaty after I put it on and it takes a few minutes to set in. But I have noticed a huge improvement on the texture of my deep wrinkles between my eyes, crows feet, and next to my mouth. My sunspots are better, too. I don't know if I'm just using way too much? It's good stuff, and I do have oily skin. Helps with the acne a lot.
