I love this product a lot, it has helped with my melasma, I have fewer spots and the texture is better as well. This product is not for people who hasn't tried Vitamin C on its own, is not as torelable, especially with sensitive skin.

2 Improvements Needed by Manufacturer
Obagi Medical: you have a great product, however two areas in need of improvement: Method of dispensing: Please change to a pump bottle format. This dropper situation is irritating and product escapes and ends up on the floor. Viscosity: Please thicken the viscosity of the fluid. Current formula is water-thin, difficult to spread, and absorbs instantly before user can spread it on skin.

not as great as I thought it would be
I'm in my early 50s with olive skin that is prone to hyperpigmentation. I had been using the other super popular brand with 15% vitamin C + E and Ferulic acid for over 10 years but thought this might be better because it has a higher percentage of vitamin C. However, I have not noticed any difference. It also makes my skin more dry that I have to use extra hyaluronic serum or extra creams. So, I think it's definitely for more oily skin types. I will go back to my old C serum.
