I've had many professional chemical peels, but did not like the 2 weeks of peeling. This at home chemical peel caused some peeling (which is expected) but not so severe I was embarrassed in public or at work. I have acne scars and hyperpigmentation on my cheeks, chin, and forehead. I have used this peel as directed every two weeks for two months. I can honestly say that after four peels, I see a noticeable difference. My skin is smoother, more even-toned, and I think it took a few years off. I love it so much that, despite the high price, I ordered more and will continue to use it. The first time I used it, I did have redness, dryness, and a lot of peeling, which began two days after the peel application. These side effects diminished more and more with each subsequent application, and I feel the results far outweigh the mild reactions. If you have an important event though, do it a week in advance to give your skin time to recover. Great product! Highly recommend!

I’ve used 2 of the applications so far. There was some moderate tingling after the very first application, but I still wiped across my face a second time. My face was reddened for the rest of the day, - the next day the redness subsided. 2 days later I did have some peeling in several places on my face. There wasn’t as much tingling with the 2nd application 2 weeks later, and my face did not get red. Very little peeling of my skin after the 2nd application. I’m 10 days out from the 2nd application. I’d say so far the peel has done a nice job of exfoliating my skin - my skin does look brighter and pores seem to look smaller. My skin feels super soft. I’m half way done with the 4 applications and very anxious to see what results I get after 2 more applications.
