This product was a little bit too harsh for me. I tried gradually building it into my routine, but it just didn’t work out. I think I need to try a lower concentration once my skin is in a better place.

I used it every other night (not strictly though) for a month, but it did not do anything noticeable to my skin. I have never used retinol before, but I did not experience any redness or flakiness with this. It is hard to spread, so I used quite a lot every time. Maybe, it takes more time to deliver effects. I would not repurchase and have decided to try the SkinCeuticals one.

OBAGI 0.5 RETINOL
First, let me say that I've used another brand of retinol before trying this product. So I thought it wise to start with the 0.5 strength since this was a new brand to me. I do not think I should have gone ahead and ordered the 1.0 strength because I’m not really seeing any changes nor is there any tingling at all. I expected a bit of tingling in the beginning. After I’m finished with this tube, I plan to try the Obagi 1.0.
