I am using the entire system and it is working! I had used the No 3 by itself and then decided to pair No 0 with No 3 and I am very happy with how less frizzy my hair is and how smooth it looks. After No 0 and No 3, I am washing with No 4 and conditioning with No 5. I am liking the results on my very fine and thin yet frizzy hair.

Olaplex Maintenance Conditioner
This is my third time purchasing this product, so I do believe it’s helping. My hair is dark brown and a year or so ago I had an ombré done with blonde on the bottom. My hair is fine and frizzy and prone to splitting. I use the Olaplex line: shampoo, this conditioner, the serum, and bond smoother (if I’m going to use heat appliances). My hair has been healthy, air dries with less frizz and I don’t see many splits. So yes, I do recommend this conditioner.
