You can use it on wet or dry hair and it provides an amazing heat shield while also being incredibly nourishing and not heavy at all. I love using this oil on my hair right after I wash it. It protects against heat when I blow dry and it's softens and helps detangle my hair. I have very fine, thin, straight hair that is prone to frizzing at the ends. While this does improve the look, I have to be careful not to put much on otherwise my hair looks greasy. It is lightweight and I like how the product dispenses. Haven't found anything that works better, but I'm not sure this is the last product I'll try.
