Easy to wear
I’ve just done a few treatments, so I’m not sure about the ultimate results. What I can say about this LED devise is that it is so much more comfortable than the heavier face shields. I am also able to walk around the house and multitask wearing this one. I am hoping for positive results from the light therapy, but I can definitely see myself doing this more consistently than using the less comfortable mask.

Nice as a starter, if you are not ready to commit
If you are not ready to invest more money on a better quality kind of device, this one can be a good start. From this “family “ of masks that look like a face shield, this is a great option as it has several colors. Pros: light, and you can use while doing other activities. Cons: time of treatment (10 x 3 mins), you can’t protect your eyes, unless you close them and I don’t have 20 minutes for that. Also, the light coverage of this mask is not as good as the other categories, and I feel the light doesn’t reach my entire face, which is small. Summary: I used it for 10 days, saw the benefits, but my eyes start getting extremely sensitive, so I decided to buy a more expensive one.
