Nice foundation for acne prone skin
I’ve been dealing with adult acne for the last couple of years and I started realizing my (old) foundation might be contributing. So I found this after extensive googling for something that would provide coverage and not contribute to my acne. This foundation is medium coverage, it’s buildable but I do worry it wouldn’t cover a breakout well - but the good news is that I have not had one since switching, it’s playing very nicely with my skin. It feels very light on, you hardly know it’s there. It doesn’t sink into lines or highlight dry areas the way heavier foundations do. I hate the pump though - it stopped working smoothly after the first few uses, and i’ve seen this in other reviews as well. Overall I really like this and will continue to buy it, but hope they can fix the pump issues.

Very nice, but difficult to color match!
So far, I've only tried out this foundation, because it's a bit too dark for my skin tone right now. I'm hoping once I get a bit of color in the summer months it will match, but unfortunately not right now! If I order again, I will go with a lighter shade than recommended!

Great make-up for post treatment
The only reason I purchased this foundation is because I started doing microneedling, chemical peels, and fractional rf for my acne scarring. I was able to color match from buying the sample kit directly from the manufacturer, but buying the actual foundation from LovelySkin is cheaper. After using this foundation for at least 4 months, I can attest its coverage power after my chemical peels is the best I have found. However, that being said, it needs to be used over the Oxygenerix Hydro Matrix or else the flaky skin will show through the foundation. This foundation works really well for redness coverage and allows my skin to breath and heal after a professional procedure. I have not broken out or developed congested skin from using this. My only major gripe about this product is that it does not seem to blend well with a wet beauty blender, and I think the aloe vera ingredient is the reason. Nonetheless, the aloe vera is supposed to serve as an antibacterial and healing property, so I suggest using your warm fingers to blend this into your skin.

Great, but not worth the hype
This foundation is very smooth and light, but it settles in lines and creases. My face also gets a little inflamed throughout the day. I also find it a bit drying, so you might consider it if you have oily/combination skin.

Great product bad packaging
I absolutely love this foundation. You can put it on for light coverage or layer for heavier effect. My only gripe is the pump packaging. I had tried everything with this latest bottle, even poked a pin in bottom as directed but the pump won’t work. So I have to use a q tip to get the foundation out. Lots stays on the q tip so it’s wasted. I will continue to buy this foundation because I love it. Just wish they would change the pump.

I have been using this for years for I have rosacea and it covers very well and is good for my skin plus it is breathable, natural and is SPF. airless pump is tricky to prime but video explains how do it. If you have sensitive skin and want coverage and sun protection I highly recommend. If bottle was larger would be 5 stars but this site has it on sale quite often.

I normally use BB creams. This has much more coverage. I was able to pick my correct shade based on the examples shown. The only thing is I’m not convinced it’s any more breathable than the average foundation. It is good quality. But not sure I would spend $ on it again.

Smooths on Nicely
Just purchased my first bottle. I'm 59 and have dry skin due to Colorado climate, so I use a lot of moisturizer on my face. This makeup goes on nicely and stays put throughout the day. Washes off easily at the end of the day. I still need to work on the right color for me.

Great product but...
My dermatologist recommended this product to me for my extra-sensitive skin and I really love the weightlessness of it as well as the excellent coverage. As well, it doesn’t irritate my skin or make me breakout. However, I get frustrated every time I purchase it because, for the life of me, getting it to dispense properly just never happens! You have to pump it forever before it first comes out with a big blob. Then it is little tiny squirts that fly everywhere! I have tried storing it upside down, tried several times to block the opening and slowly pumping to get air bubbles out and still struggle. Now using cotton swabs to retrieve what I can each time so I can get ready without wasting time in the morning. Can they please make a better bottle so I can get it out? It’s quite expensive for the little I get to use.
