I am very light in the winter. This is the only makeup that doesn’t make me break out. So I tried the lightest color. Usually I use the one a step up in summer. This light color is disgustingly ugly! Of course I missed my return window. I don’t know how this color works for anybody.

Unflattering orange color
I had such high hopes for this well-reviewed product but was very disappointed to see that the Pearl shade looked orange on my skin - not just a little too tan for my skin type but actually a pumpkin color. It’s extremely, almost cartoonishly, unflattering. I’m mystified by the many five star reviews but it just didn’t work for my skin. I also found it hard to remove.

I am so disappointed with this foundation and I am sure it is too late to return. I ordered the pearl and have very fair skin, it looks like I stayed in a tanning bed too long, the shade is so off! Also this is too cakey for me, I struggle to get this off my face using several makeup removal wipes. Very expensive lesson for me!

I had high hopes for this foundation. I have rosacea and and was looking for a healthy alternative to my regular foundation. This has almost no coverage, I would say it's sheer at best. It really isn't blendable or spreadable, so I couldn't really layer it. The feel is okay, but a little heavy. Overall, I do not recommend. In my opinion, it was a waste of money.

disappointing
The reviews and info on the website talk about good coverage, but I found it to be sheerer than most foundations, more like a tinted moisturizer (and I have used some of those with more coverage than this one). Since it has no SPF, it needs to be coupled with a sun product, and even after 15 minutes between layers, the sun product thins it out even more. I had to use a lot of powder to make this look right, and even then slipperiness of the foundation made it look gloppy. I have never returned a product before, but I am going to return this.
