Gentle daily moisturizer! I am in my 40s and it’s recommended that we gently exfoliate our skin to help reduce hormonal breakouts and dullness. I have tried other exfoliants in the past and they seem very harsh with large chunks of sharp exfoliating material that can’t be good for your skin. This one has very light/gentle exfoliating particles that are not sharp or harsh. The fact that it is called a daily exfoliants helps me feel more comfortable that it is not stripping my skin. This exfoliate works well but is not super grainy. I was looking for more of a scrub than a wash but this one is definitely both. I combine it with a face wash but I probably wouldn’t need to because the liquid these beads are in are very sudsy. I was hoping the grains would be a little finer and would not “melt” into skin but it works really well for not being exactly what I wanted and I continue to see results in my skins appearance!

I use a lot of PCA Skin products and am a huge fan of their skincare line. This is the first bottle of scrub I have purchased since PCA Skin had to change the formulation due to synthetic beads they were using in the past (at least this is what my local esthetician told me). This scrub is very gentle on your skin. I do agree with other reviewers that the scrub is not as good as the prior version, but it's still a great product. I have dry skin and the majority of scrubs on the market are for oily skin which just doesn't work for me. I have dry skin, age 46.
