I have extremely sensitive inflamed seborrhea dermatitis skin. I purchased this product since it was described as helpful for my skin condition. When first used, I had a strong burning and was ready to return but I watched a video to get input. Then I called lovely skin customer service to get additional tips. Here's what works for me. First wash my face with a cream cleanser, and then apply Dry skin Bar without using the sponge and only use a tiny amount on the areas needed. I only leave on for about 20 seconds and then rinse. Having only tried this a few times, that protocol seems to work. The reason for only 3 stars is I haven't used it long enough to get a real review.
