PCA Hydrating Toner
I really wanted to like this toner but it dried out my skin after 3 weeks. I started with small rough splotches so started eliminating other products. After week 3 I realized that this toner was not hydrating but completely drying but the worst was a rosacea breakout which hadn't happened in a year! I wish I hadn't thrown the packaging out or I would have sent this back. After 2 years of ordering beauty products this was the first disappointment.

Not hydrating
I really don't find this toner hydrating at all. It doesn't seem to do much at all honestly. Wish it had more moisturizing ingredients.

Ok toner
I use this toner to wet my face before I apply moisturizing gels / serums. I don’t notice much of a moisturizing effect from the toner alone- I’m not sure if it does much of anything (but I’ve had that problem with most toners I’ve used).

Nice but
This is a nice toner, I bought it to prep my skin for layering on products after cleansing. I wanted it to rebalance my skin and provide hydration and light moisturization. The product is nice, but I will try some other options next time. The push-down pump top doesn't dispense enough product onto the cotton pad to really be effective, so I unscrew the top and flip it over onto the cotton pad instead.

Not sure
So, I think I like the product itself. I bought the tiny bottle to try out. It arrived leaking although tightly packed in bubbles and plastic wrap. I don’t think I have enough to make a a determination that I’ll want it again. I was planning on an exchange for a non-faulty bottle, but my daughter ripped the plastic off, so meh, I just started using a half bottle. I usually don’t have issues like that, but alas, it happens.
