I have been using this eye gel in the morning, so far very nice. This glides on, feels very hydrating, non irritating! Not yet sure if this helps with fine lines , but it feels so nice going on. I apply tinted sunscreen after, and no peeling. Layers nicely.

However, I wear eyeliner pencil on my lower lash line, and it smears down into the lid with this eye gel. This eye cream is very nice. Not greasy at all- so great for daytime! It has no scent and can be used on the upper eyelid. I took one star off because if I use it every day- my upper eyelid gets a little irritated. Not badly- but enough I notice it. I really like this eye gel because it is gentle enough to use on the eye lids - and I wear contacts and have allergies; it reduces puffiness and seems to change the color of my skin. Full disclosure: in general I love all the PCA products. Super sensitive skin that tends to dry out (thanks menopause), and they are by far the one line that consistently is kind to my skin. I know eye products can take time and I think we all probably expect a bit much from them. Not sure this is any better than the other equally priced eye treatments out there, but do love the gel feel, very smooth, not sticky, no stinging or redness. A tiny little bit goes a long way, and because it is that slick gel easy to really get the under eye and lid areas. This gel feels SO LOVELY! I adore it, however, at 28 without many wrinkles I got this primarily because it can be placed on the lid and under eye area and to help with under eye fatigue, puffiness, and dark circles (I have a new baby).
