Still deciding

I decided to try this eye treatment because I noted it could be used on the upper eyelid, something a lot of eye treatments don’t recommend for their products. I have been using it for about 3 weeks, morning and night and so far don’t see the improvement I hoped for. It said also it was good for dark circles which is another reason I tried it but no improvement so far. Will continue using it but unless it works better than so far I would not reorder.
