This product works well for me but applying it so that it doesn’t create a visible line or residue is tricky - I use a damp brush with diluted product.

Can't deny that it works!

Definitely works and it feels so neat when it depuffs. I wish it didn't have to be rinsed off, though -- That step makes my routine feel clunky and adds so much additional time to it. I do think this is worth it -- But maybe buy the huge tube that's for the face. I read that it's the exact same product, you just get WAY more for your moola. I'll buy that one next!

It Works

Skeptical as I am, having tried Many products that claim to reduce bags, yet fall short, I plunked down the $$ and tried again. What a surprise! It actually worked to almost eliminate my undereye bags caused mainly by sinus/allergy issues. However, you need to follow the directions to a T. Skin must be completed dry and free of any oil residue from other products, including soaps. Use the teeniest amount, otherwise you may end up with white residue on your skin. Not fragranced. Non-irritating, and I have sensitive skin. After it dries, it looks completely natural, and it can be washed off easily with a mild cleanser and water. After it washes off, the tightening effect is gone. Does nothing for undereye circles. However, for me, this is a keeper. Will repurchase. I gave it only 4 stars due to the fact that it's kind of tricky to apply correctly.

Great stuff but leaves a slight/mild residue using without makeup. Have not tried it with makeup yet.

Works great but not under makeup!

This temporary eye tightener works great! However once you put makeup on the effect is gone which is a real bummer.....if anyone knows how to work around this please let me know! Should I put makeup on first then the tightener?

Does the job but.....

I've been using Peter Thomas Roth Firmx for several years. If applied properly, it does a miraculous job and is much better than similar products. However, if you need to repeat the process more than once, like the other products I've used, it can irritate the skin. I'm sure that Roth didn't realize we don't always get it right the first time. Also, when applying, you cannot use any under eye cream. It must be applied on dry skin. While there are a few drawbacks, other similar products I've used have the exact same issues. Overall, Peter Thomas Roth has the best under eye temporary "bags" disappear effect and does take years off your appearance!

Works great but…

I bought this product for my husband, who has terrible under eye bags. It works great on him. He uses a small brush to apply the product. You do have to be careful not to put too much product on or it leaves a white residue. I decided to try it on me, because I’m starting to get chronic under eye bags too. It works really well until you try to apply makeup on top of it. It seems to take away some of the tightening ability, so my under eyes don’t look as good as they do when I just have the PTR tightener on. It is a very good product though and would recommend it.

The secret is to use a small amount, and to dab, not rub. This is the only thing out there that has actually worked for me - and it does work! You just have to learn the best technique for your skin and facial products, but worth taking the time and practice to do so.
