Good for the price

I was looking to not spend too much on a vitamin c serum. This was decently priced and it is working well so far. It’s a little sticky at first because it takes some time to dry.

A little goes a long way

I wanted to try an alternative to a more expensive C serum and I was pleased with this product. First the price is right and a little serum goes a long way and gives the same brightness and exfoliation as the more expensive version. Change is difficult but this will be a good alternative choice for me.

Nice Serum

I previously used another similar serum but it was thinner and you used a dropper. I do like that this is more of a cream vs liquid. The liquids in the dropper can be messier and prone to spills. It seems to be effective based on the results I'm seeing.

Power packed

I have used a vitamin C serum on my face every morning for over eight years. This has resulted in the disappearance of brown spots, as well as smoother and brighter looking skin. I saw this one in a recent sale here on Lovely Skin and wanted to give it a try. It has a really nice feel and texture, and absorbs easily into the skin. The reason I deducted one star is that the smell is identical to that of the pricier Vitamin C serum whose name I don't think I am allowed to mention. Some people will not be bothered by this, and may not even notice. I would probably buy this again, in spite of that one quibble.

Peter Thomas Roth Potent-C Power Serum

Thus far, I really like it. I have used 2 different vitamin C serums with the L-ascorbic acid and did not like how it oxidizes. After researching the best form of vitamin c and effectiveness for brightening, I decided to give this product a try It contains 20% THD Ascorbate. (suppose to be a more stable and potent form) as well as higher percentages of vitamin E and Ferulic Acid than other brands. I do feel a light tingling with this one which I like. Have not used it long enough to see any brightening results. Definitely like that it's more of a lotion base that you can pump.

So far, so good

This is my first “C” serum purchase. I use other PTR products, so decided to start here. I do see some lightening of age spots and general brightness after about three weeks of daily use. I have not noticed any irritation, and use in morning under daily moisturizer w/spf. It is a bit sticky, so needs a few minutes to soak in. I’m 50 and also use glycolic acid and retinol in my daily routine.
