Doesn't work - Returning

I had high hopes for this product since it's Dye-free, Fragrance-Free and Paraben-Free. However, it simply doesn't remove eye makeup After (trying) to use it, I looked like I was in a fight because all it really did is smear makeup all over my eyes. It's bad enough to take the time to return it.
