have not experienced any additional growth in hair or nails. I have been eager to try this product with the setup and the shampoo and I read that the combination would yield strong results but I took photos and there's nothing. I experienced 5-6 days of disrupted skin, but it cleared up and so did my upset stomach so overall I tolerated these okay. I was waiting for results and went past the return guarantee since it takes a little longer to possibly see results per the directives. Well, better for other nutrition plans maybe. Mine is 80/20 clean eating with 9-12 cups water daily for reference.
