I like this product. It’s very gentle and does not leave an oily residue. I have found that you have to saturate the cotton square well to remove all of my long wear mascara and eye linger.

Best Eye makeup Remover Ever
Phytomer Micellar Water Eye Makeup Removal is great for gentle, effective cleansing to remove all traces of makeup. I just use a soft cotton round and gently wipe across my eyes. I feel this cleanser protects my sensitive eyelids and lashes leaving them soft and silky. I no longer feel any irritation from rubbing my eyes. This makeup remover also smells really nice.
