Not the same Pureology
I used to love Pureology and haven’t used it in a few years. I have been using other hair brands. I was excited for the scent of Pureology again, but my skin started reacting. Breakouts on my neck shoulders and chest. I’ve heard that Pureology reformulated, so my guess is that’s the reason for my skin reaction. So upset! For the price tag and reputation, I did not expect Pureology reformulation to ruin my skin!

Hair Fell Out
I have never had issues with thinning hair or my hair falling out but it did while using this shampoo and conditioner. Hair slowly started falling out and by week 3 my hair was falling out in clumps. I stopped using this shampoo and conditioner because I did not know what was causing hair loss and the hair loss stopped.

Nothing special about it
Just a regular conditioner did nothing special you can dupe it with any drugstore conditioner and it will do the same… very disappointed… I do love the purple shampoo of this brand tho…

I rarely write reviews, and if I do, I usually stick to writing positive ones. But I was so disappointed in this Hydrate conditioner that I threw it away after one use. Instead of moisturizing my hair, my hair felt stripped. I left the product on for 2 minutes, as suggested in the directions on the bottle. My scalp and skin at my hairline started to tingle, and then uncomfortably burn. My hair felt barely moisturized. This product had so many positive reviews, which was why I tried it. What a waste of money!
