Like putting Icy Hot on your head
Not a fan, although it does seem like lots of others like it. You should know that it has an extremely strong smell of essentials oils, which most people love, but they bother me really badly. This, of course, isn't mentioned in the product description. The other "minty" scent is akin to putting Icy Hot on your head. And it WILL leave your neck feeling like that's what you put on it for quite a while after your shower. As far as moisturizing, I didn't find the conditioner to be any more effective than any other deeply moisturizing conditioner in its class. The shampoo, however, does seem more moisturizing than some, but not others. I am reposting this review to the conditioner product as well.

Started out great but then it just stopped doing anything for my hair. Let my hair very oily at the scalp and then very dry hair. Disappointed thought I had finally find a good hair product. Now back to looking

Not great for my type 2b hair
Was looking for shampoos for wavy hair and this was not it. Ended up returning. It wasn't terrible but wasn't nearly as moisturizing as I'd expected.

First off, the lid snapped and broke, so that was a big waste of shampoo in the shower. First shampoo, didn’t like how my hair felt. I thought it was the broken cap. Third through tenth, I’m not crazy about how my hair feels. It looks and feels dirty or oily. I’m offering it to neighbors. None interested. Waste of money.
