I have baby fine hair and it's also not as thick as it used to be. I spray sections of my hair from root to tip then brush it thru my hair. Next I use a round brush and my blowdryer. This gives me beautiful body that LASTS till my next washing. My hair looks full and has body/shine. It doesn't weigh my hair down at all. Since I started using this I don't have to use a curling iron or straightner. This is my FAVORITE PRODUCT EVER!! I don't understand the negative reviews.
