Not sure if it is working
I’m loyal to this brand so I changed my daily vitamin C serum from a leading competitor to this. I have purchased this twice. It’s an elegant formula and immediately makes my skin glowy and healthy looking. I have pretty dry, acne prone skin and this vitamin c is very hydrating. I don’t know whether this is helping and I do have to admit the competitor had must faster results but I trust this company and feel good about adding this to my regimen.

Potency and Absorption
Revision states the percentage of C which is informative; the cream absorbs fairly quickly if you work it in a bit. Due to the pricing and the inability to see how much is left (I know the packaging protects the C but the customer is also left in the dark), I only use it when I have to leave the house in the morning and need to apply sunscreen before leaving. Most days, I use a lower-priced, alternative C which works extremely well. Revision is great but the product line is disappointing to older regulars due to price increases in the last few years.

Pretty good (I think?)
I've been using this for a couple months. I have moderate to severe melasma, and my aesthetician recommended it. I guess I honestly don't notice much of a difference, but in case it's helping my melasma from getting worse, I'll probably continue using it, since it's supposed to protect your skin. Awfully expensive though.

Irritating
I know this is a great product for many, but it caused major irritation for me. I think I'm learning my skin is pretty sensitive to vitamin C. Also, I probably should've done a better job slowly introducing this to my skin. So, I think this could work great for many, but it was so incredibly irritating I couldn't continue.

Good cream - but some irritation
I love many Revision products; but not sure about the C+ Correcting Complex. While the complex goes on nicely and works as indicated, it always leaves my skin a little red and quite shiny. I have however used several Revision products for months now and have seen a big improvement in fine lines and wrinkles overall.

Didn't see the difference
I purchased this product expecting to see a difference in my complexion. I haven't. I typically purchase the lesser expensive Vitamin C product from Revision. I don't think the extra money for this product is worth it.

for dry skin
i really would not consider this a serum, it is really more of a moisturizer. the texture looks like a thin lotion, yet it applies thick and rich. is is not greasy, but will leave a bit of a shine on your face. there is no stinging or irritation. it has a slight chemical scent that fades away.
