This is my favorite “clear” mineral sunscreen. It is creamy and moisturizing and it rubs in almost clear with the least white cast compared to several other brands that I’ve tried. It does not sting my eyes. I often use this when I plan to wear a little makeup, but I also use it without makeup.

I have dry, olive-tan skin and live in a dry, hot climate. This works under my make up or alone--not greasy feeling and doesn't peel. It's thick but blends well if you pat it in slowly. I am thrilled it doesn't leave a white cast. My only wish is that it was water resistant as well.

AMAZING (Still has White Cast though)
I have sensitized, reactive skin and I need a non-irritating mineral sunscreen because anytime I use anything else my skin gets red and angry. This has been a years-long struggle because I've found mineral sunscreens to be less cosmetically elegant and I'm sick and tired of the geisha white cast or the overly tinted makeup-y look and the pilling. This sunscreen is THEE best I've found so far. It applies elegantly! It has not pilled when applying, even when I reapply later in the day! HOWEVER, after wearing it for 10+ hours, it does start to pill all over my face and it looks like a crusty mess even though I did not touch my face at all. Still, it works for about 10 hours. Other options are longer-wearing, however there are other benefits to this sunscreen that keeps me using it. This is a tinted untinted sunscreen, meaning it has just a touch of tint but not enough that it actually qualifies as tinted, and I think this is brilliant! This mitigates the white cast without giving an overly makeup-y look. As a guy I don't want the makeup-y look, not that there's anything wrong with that. There is a white cast though, and I'm light skinned but not fair skinned. It wears off after 3-4 hours. When I'm on a Zoom call, my coworkers are still like, what is on your face? Then I have to explain I'm wearing sunscreen. I hate that. The color is grayish and cool-toned. Revision Skincare: please reformulate this to make it more warm toned and add just a smidge more tint to make it clear. Still, it evens out my skin tone and minimizes redness -- love that!! This sunscreen has not irritated my skin, in fact it seems to calm it! This is the best calming sunscreen I've tried. It also seems to improve the overall condition of my skin. I love that it has quality antioxidant protection already in it to help me simplify my routine. Sunscreen still sucks, but this is the best one I've found so far. I'm just praying for the day when I can protect and not irritate my skin, and not have to deal with this white cast! Until I find something better, this is what I'm using.

I love this sunscreen! I love that it is mineral, but it is not too thick to blend. It leaves a nice dewy moisturized finish unlike some of the other mineral spf's that I have tried. Some of the other mineral sunscreens that I tried were hard to blend and left a white film on my skin. This is truly clear on the skin, but moisturizes well!

I am a Revision fan and use many of their products, but as compared with other sunscreens, I don’t see this is really worth the price. What I do like about is that, even though it is pretty thick, it does go on easily and disappears in no time.

This really is clear. When I apply it, I can see NO white cast to my face at all. I have been using this for a couple of months and I really like it. I have never like the original Intellishade in either the regular or matte versions; they both leave streaky patterns on my face. I also do not like tinted sunscreens, in general, as they are always visible and never match my skin. I think this sunscreen is a little thick, but I have figured out how to apply it. I put some on my fingertips and then pat them together, I then pat small amounts here and there on my face and neck. Only then do I go back over these areas and start blending in the sunscreen. This works really well, and I don’t have to tug to blend the sunscreen into my skin. I do wear foundation and powder over sunscreen, so I always take a tissue and lightly blot any excess from my face and neck after I have waited a minute or two. This is moisturizing, so if you are looking for a matte or dry finish, this is not for you.

I totally love the Revision skincare line and have been using the Revision Skincare Intellishade TruPhysical SPF 45. Thought I would give the TruPhyical Clear SPF 50 a try since the SPF was a new product and has a higher SPF. Today I used the product and was extremely disappointed. The consistency of the sunscreen is very 'pasty', thick and left a greasy feel to my face. Over the course of the day, my hair would fly free of my pony tail and become stuck on my face which was very annoying. Sad to say, I would not recommend TruPhysical Clear SPF 50. I am going back to the TruPhysical SPF 45.

Not a fan the TruPhysical Clear - I will stick with the Intellishade Clear
First off I love Revision Intellishade Clear. I have been using it for years. I wanted to try this one because it is a physical sunscreen using titanium dioxide and zinc oxide instead of chemical sunscreen agents. I felt this went on pretty thick and I had to really rub it in a lot in order to get the white film to disappear. It made my face look shiny and feel tacky to the touch. I don't wear makeup so I don't know how this does under makeup but alone I didn't like it. I am going to stick with the Revision Skincare Intellishade Clear as it doesn't feel thick, rub in nicely and doesn't leave my face feeling tacky.
