I started off buying the smaller bottle to make sure I saw results before fully committing to the full size, and just placed my full size order ! I have used this cream for about a month. I have gradually seen improvement on my pigmentation issues and my horizontal neck line has a less pronounced appearance. Smoothing and Moisturizing
I prefer the Nectifirm ADVANCED as it provides greater moisturizing and leaves my neck and decollete wonderfully smooth. As my skin is "uber" sensitive, I am happy that it has no harsh fragrance and does not irritate my skin. I do wish it had a more lifting effect on my wrinkles: I would then give it a 5-star rating.

I wanted to try this to compare with my Neostrata neck cream. First this one is twice as much for the amount. Second I saw no improvement or significant changes. Nothing bad happened so that’s good.. It’s easy to use. It’s not sticky. It’s not greasy. It’s overall very pleasant. It just isn’t worth the money. I feel like this is more positive review for Neostrata. When I went back to using it, my neck just looked and felt better. The Revision is a lovely product and I’m sure it works well for many but I’ll stick with my Neostrata..

Irritating and did not work
I am disappointed with Nectifirm as I have heard good things about it. After using is for a few months I do not see any noticeable differences in my skin other than it causing tiny red bumps all over my neck and décolleté. Currently seeking a new neck cream.
