Nice Moisturizer but not sure of Long Term Results
I like how this cream feels on the skin. It is rich but doesn't feel heavy. It's hard to tell if my skin quality/thickness is improving, but it definitely keeps my neck nicely moisturized. I think that is beneficial long term. Hoping it will keep it thick and smooth in the long run.

I started using Nectifirm two years ago in my early-forties when I noticed a crease in my neck from all of the time I spent with my neck flexed. It applies smoothly, absorbs quickly, has a light scent that does not linger, and adds just the right amount of moisture to my skin. The appearance of the crease in my neck softened, but it didn't go away completely with the cream alone. The line is now barely visible with a combination of the cream and exercises to improve my posture. I wish there were a miracle neck cream for skin laxity and crepey skin, but there isn't. However, this product does make a positive difference and is the best of all the major neck firming creams that I've tried. All the neck creams are too expensive, but this one in the 8 oz. tube is a better value than others. I'll keep using it. I'd actually advise younger ladies to use this BEFORE they notice skin sagging in the neck (if you can possibly afford it.) This would be the best approach.
