Goes on pretty smoothly and the best part? It does not come off—it stays put all day long! Thats what I always seem to have a problem with the eyeliner/color seems to “disappear” as the day wears on. This one does not. As mentioned, the majority of the time is goes on smoothly for me—just occasionally it seems to “stick” a bit while applying, but not enough for me to give this one up.
