I have used this wonderful product since it was prescription only and cost $2.50 way back in 1962! It is by far the best I have ever found for acne and yes, even in my old age, I still get the occasional cystic pimple! I have found that it works overnight for me, especially if I insert a clean needle into the head of the bump. It can take a minute sometimes to find the actual pore that is swollen and closed by the infection.
