This has become my go to sunscreen. The texture is perfect and leaves a beautiful glow (but not overly) finish, and works beautifully under foundation. Might try the tinted next for no makeup days. Sente is always worth the money!

Excellent physical sunscreen
At 63 and with dry skin, I have tried many physical sunscreens and this one is excellent. I have fair skin but do not see a white cast left behind. This sunscreen also is fragrance-free and, most importantly, does not "pill" and flake under makeup.

This is a great sunscreen! Soft and silky texture, completely weightless, feels like nothing at all. And most amazingly, it is truly invisible—especially impressive for the high percentage of zinc oxide in this! (I am Fitzpatrick 1-2, but have experienced many “invisible” mineral sunscreens that nevertheless make me appear even paler than my normal pale self). It dries down in about 10 minutes to a satin-y sheen on my skin that is not too tacky or too oily. Has also never made my aging, dehydrated skin appear even dryer than it is. It is moisturizing without being too oily or emollient and it plays nicely with makeup application. It’s a bit pricey to become my every day go-to, but I do really like this and it definitely has earned a place in my top 5!

I was looking for sun protection that checked all these boxes: - Physical shield (chemical based sunscreens can make my melasma worse because most contain oxybenxone which disrupts hormones by stimulating production of estrogen, thereby making melasma worse) - Hydrating because I live in an extremely dry climate - Does not cause breakouts This hit all my need to haves and I was surprised, quite frankly.
