Surprisingly wonderful!
When I first applied this base, it glided on very smoothly, a little too smoothly, I thought, for my oily mature eyelids, so I thought, "This isn't going to work." I set it lightly with a powder before applying eyeshadow, and to my surprise, it worked beautifully. The eyeshadows gripped and stayed in place all day without creasing and my eyes appeared moisturized, not dry and cakey. I'm 61 years old. I've tried many eyeshadow primers and bases. Those for "mature skin" slip and don't hold the product. The ones not for mature skin grip well, but my eyelids end up looking like dried, shriveled prunes, and caking occurs in the creases. I had none of this with Sigma's base. I highly recommend it. It also doesn't interfere with the colors of the shadows applied over it. They remain true to color.

I am very pleased with this eyeshadow primer. The color is so pretty and it creates a smooth, crease free surface on which to apply mineral powder shadow. Easy to apply and lasts all day.

Good eye shadow base
Have to admit l was skeptical when I ordered this primer, but after the first use, I became a believer. My eyeshadow stays in place and doesn’t appear to fade by the end of the work day. Another trick that works for me is to blender a little bit of my concealer with it for extra coverage for any stubborn discoloration on my eyelid and the primer still does it’s job. Will buy again.
