I tried this because of its inexpensive price tag before I invest in something more expensive. The unit itself feels pretty cheap and doesn't hold a charge for very long but it works! I saw results in about 3 days. After a week, my husband asked if I had done something to my neck because it looked better!

I followed directions, but this did not glide smoothly. May need to put a LOT more product to allow it to glide, but that is not what instructions indicate is necessary for the tool be effective.
