Whatever is inside this cream is a miracle. It is a little heavy, but I have fairly dry combination skin, so it works well on my face. When I use this cream, my skin looks moist, dewy, and glowing. I would order this if you're concerned about aging and have dry skin. If your skin is on the oily side, I would go with another product. This is a pretty heavy duty cream. Not so heavy you can't wear it with makeup as I do everyday, and it doesn't feel heavy but isn't lightweight.
