Lips still chapped
I live in a place where the weather is about 65*-70* year round. I’m not in the sun often, I work indoors M-F. I continue to have dry lips even after using this twice daily for about 1.5 weeks. I didn’t have severely chapped lips by any means when I started using it but certainty expected it to resolve the small about of chapped lips I had. I expected more from this product and don’t anticipate purchasing again

Great lip-repair product!
This moist but non-gooey treatment really does repair lip tissue. Change of season can be especially drying for lips, and this product heals. Based on that alone, this product would earn 5 stars. However, the pump does not pump out the product evenly, indicating the container may not be completely filled, which is disappointing as this product is not inexpensive.

This is good for dry lips. It will work well with a morning and evening application. It doesn’t seem to work as well if your lips get chapped.

No Lip Applicator?
I'm shocked this product does not dispense through an applicator like most lip products. You have to pump it onto your finger, and use your finger to apply. This is unnecessarily dumb. I still gave it 4 stars because the formulation is making my lip lines way less noticeable. Great formulation, but needs new packaging.
