The Winter Serum
I use the Skinceuticals Phloretin Serum under SPF and makeup in the summer. I decided to try this for winter. I believe I initially broke out a bit (not horrible, just more small bumps limited areas than normally) but it appears my skin is getting used to it. I love the antioxidant protection it provides. I also love the extra moisture in the winter. I will continue to use in the winter months, switch back to Phloretin in the summer.

This one is probably the most expensive C E Ferulic serum I have used so far. The texture is better when comparing to Resist C15 Super Booster from Paula's choice. I don't like Hydrogenated Castor Oil in Paula's choice so I switched to SkinCeuticals'. Hope it works as good as my old serum.

My husband noticed that my face looks brighter. This is due to this product. Although it is not needed to put this product in the refrigerator, I put mine in to prolong the freshness. I got mine with a light yellow tint which means it is not old stock. This is the only Vit C product I keep on going back to even if there are other Vit C products out there. Ive just finished my first bottle of this. It lasted 11 months. I think it works but my results arent as marked as other peoples. I try not to put too much on because it takes some time to absorb and can be sticky if too much is applied. I follow this with a couple of drops of the B5 serum as specified by Skin Ceuticals and finish with their sunscreen. I just bought another bottle and will continue using it. Make sure you dont keep this in a bright warm place as the contents will react and darken. Im not sure if it will make the contents less effective but with expensive products, its best not to take chances.

The best serum ive found yet, as it doesnt have all the silicones and added priming ingredients that others do, which is what I wanted. The only thing I dont love is the smell, which luckily I dont notice most of the time because I have sunscreen and makeup layered over it.
