Very Soothing
This product is extremely soothing and moisturizing. A week ago I started feeling very itchy on my neck and it might have to do with being allergic to something. It felt very bumpy and itchy and so I started using the Hydra Balm Ointment at night and the bumps on my neck are gradually disappearing. My neck feels softer and less bumpy.

Very hydrating product.
I have actinic keratosis above my upper lip so the skin there is always dry and peeling. The surgeon that performed a procedure on me for this condition recommended this product to help alleviate the problem. I have been using it for almost 2 years, and it has helped tremendously! It is hydrating and stays in place without feeling sticky. I believe it also takes the burning sensation away. I am very happy with this product and will continue to use it.

Fantastic for eczema
I have atopic dermatitis (eczema) on my hands and feet and will sometimes wake up in the middle of the night with severe itching on the bottom of my feet. This product is a bit greasy, but I mix it with another drug store moisturizer and love its emollient quality. More noticeable it really seems to help with the severe pruritis (itching) that I experience. I only use it on my feet as its too greasy for my hands, but I love this product and highly recommend it.

I tried SkinCeuticals Hydra Balm as a last ditch effort to calm dry heels and elbows during colder months. It works so well that I keep containers of balm in my gym bag, hand bag and at home to make sure I have it whenever I need it.
