I love this LHA cleanser for my aging, oily, breakout prone skin. It doesn’t dry out my skin and cause peeling when applying makeup. I still have a pimple or two once and awhile, but Really like this gel cleanser. The tube should last a long time since you only need a very small amount for each use.

LHA for adult acne
I have been using Skinceuticals LHA cleanser and toner for a while now and love it! It is crazy at 41 years old that I still have to worry about blemishes. I purchased this Cleanser Gel for the first time because I was looking for a new cleanser that would remove impurities, cleanse the skin deeply without drying out, and which was good for acne. I do not have acne, but I want something that will clean bacteria out of the pores. So far, I am liking this cleanser a lot. It is a thick gel so you do not need to use too much and I put it on in circular motions all over my face every morning. It is easy to rinse off and I feel my skin is cleansed, free of toxins, dirt, residue, any sunscreen/moisturizer. I follow it up with a beaded exfoliator.

I read all the reviews and decided to try this product. It's been a few weeks of me using it off and on. What I like about it is that a little goes a long way -- so there is a lot of value in the size of the product you get. I'm sure it will last me a long time. I think I need to use it more consistently to really get a sense if it's that much better than my regular cleanser.

I am not sure this product has changed my skin - but I do have a few comments- first it is strangely thick and syrupy. Getting it out of the bottle is a slow process and I recommend storing it upside down because I find it leaks. Secondly, as it sits on your face it tingles. I like it. I imagine if you had acne it might burn.
