Not Gentle, Irritating
This scrub is really abrasive - too harsh to be micro. It really tore at my skin and left it uncomfortably sensitized. Due to the texture of this scrub, it would slip and slide right into my eyes. Flushing out the sharp particles took a really long time and was really painful.

Irritating to sensitive skin
My esthetician suggested I use a gentle physical exfoliator 1/2 times per week. I have sensitive/reactive skin and this seemed like a good choice since it's free of essential oils and has no actives. Unfortunately it caused me to break-out. Plus the micro exfoliants still felt very harsh on my face. Additionally it did a terrible job of removing makeup (and I wear hardly any.)

I already use the SkinCeuticals face wash so decided to purchase this scrub. It’s okay as I only been using for a few weeks now I was thinking it would be more of an exfoliant but it’s not bad. It seems to dry my skin and I saw more breakouts. I’m going to continue to use it as I mentioned it’s only been a few weeks and maybe well hopefully it’ll improved.
