I have had zero adverse reactions, and it works well with my other routine products (all SkinCeuticals). I have even used it with Tretinoin without an issue. I suggest waiting until it completely absorbs before applying your moisturizer to allow for maximum efficacy. It feels a little tacky at first, but it does absorb and the tackiness disappears. My skincare routine has been pretty basic: in the morning I cleanse, use vitamin C, moisturize, and use an SPF 50. At night I cleanse, moisturize, and put on a layer of rx tretinoin.
