Reviews For SkinCeuticals Physical Eye UV Defense Tinted Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50
Disappointed
Really wanted to like this product. I love all of the Skinceutical products that I use, and was hoping this would be a winner also. Unfortunately it is very dry, cakes and flakes. Unable to use it.

Not what I was expecting
I was expecting a great product based on all the positive reviews but I was highly disappointed with this one. I had ordered this to replace the Dermalogica Total Eye Care SPF 15 that I've been using but am running low on. I was looking to try something similar with maybe a higher SPF. I found this to be too dark to do anything positive for my eye area but perhaps that's my fault in ordering the wrong shade. It's also way too thick and cakey feeling. It does nothing positive for my eye area whatsoever. Debating returning this but not sure it's worth it.

Disappointing
I love all the other skinceuticals skin care line that I’ve tried but this was definitely a miss. It goes on streaky and settles in the lines. It didn’t blend no matter how much I tried. It was disappointing for sure.

Okay product
I use this for the sunscreen and also as a base for my eye shadow. It's okay—it doesn't creep into my eyes and has good coverage. I use something lighter weight during hot weather because I think this may have caused me to develop bumps around my eyes.

Not moisturizing at all
I liked the price and the high spf. However, this was drying to my skin and settled into the fine lines. Similiar to another reviewer, I am mixing this with eye creams and face oils to try to dilute it and add more moisture. Still hoping to maintain at least some of the spf protection. Even if diluting this works, I would not purchase again because I have better results simply using the Skinceuticals Physical Fusion SPF 50 right up to my eyes. It is less drying and not at all irritating.

Too thick for under eye use
I have been looking for a good under eye cream with a high SPF, so I was excited to see this product with an SPF of 50. However, im very disappointed. It is extremely thick and difficult to apply evenly. It falls into the lines under my eyes and, along with the matte finish, makes them much more pronounced. Im going to try diluting it with another one of my favorite eye creams (Jan Marini Transformation Eye Cream) to see if it will dilute it out to make it easier to apply, but then Im afraid of losing the SPF protection.
