I really feel this stuff made a turn around in my acne. This was my first lightening/sensitivity product ever. I used it twice a day, and it really helped me to not develop scars from active pimples (I used to get really bad purple/brown scars from ever pimple I got). Im not sure if they healed faster. It did help with older scars, but the biggest difference it made was with the active acne. Its a little pricey (hence the four stars), but its a great product.

This product has some good ingredients, but it didn't fade any marks for me. And for those people who say that this product faded spots over the span of several years, spots fade on their own during that span. I also think that the fragrance detracted from the full potential of this product.
