Reviews For SkinCeuticals Serum 10 AOX+ Antioxidant Vitamin C Anti-Aging Serum
Made me breakout
This vitamin c serum made me break out and I also did notice that it did anything for my skin. Was pretty bummed considering it’s not “cheap.”

Just ok
Seems gentle enough on my sensitive skin but I’m not really seeing any improvement in fine lines or skin brightness after several weeks of daily use…

Meh!
I've only been using this for a short time and am not seeing the results I was hoping for, which was to fade hyperpigmentation. I've tried other products with higher concentrations of vitamin C but they were too harsh for my sensitive skin. Maybe it's not fading the spots because the strength is only 10% and the directions say to use it once a day. The formula is watery and and the dropper opening is not small so I find the best and least wasteful way to use it is to: 1) fill the dropper while it's in the bottle, 2) pull the dropper out and don't squeeze it, just let a little drip onto your finger, 3) turn the dropper upward and apply what's on your finger to your face. I repeat this process a few times until I cover all the areas of my face that I want the product on. This is a little time consuming and they actually should have used an eyedropper with a smaller & tapered opening. The product does have a slight smell which dissipates quickly since it is not greasy and dries pretty fast. I'm still on the fence as to whether or not I would reorder it and am waiting to see if results improve.

Not great for sensitive skin
I like the CE Ferulic serum so much better, but it is a lot more money. When my skin is sensitive (which is often) this serum causes a stinging sensation.

It is an okay Vitamin C serum
I guess I have been using the C E Ferulic serum so long that when I tried to switch to a lesser serum, it didn't work as well for me. I am going to keep it to use under my eyes as it does seem to work well there. Back to my C E Ferulic!!

Works but smells
This product works well but I can not get over the smell. I love SkinCeuticals products but I would not purchase this one again. It has a chemical like smell that is overwhelming for me.

Skin Ceuticals Serum 10 AOX
Perhaps didn't read all the ingredients- was hoping for a serum for dry skin, and directions call for application only once a day. Felt wrong serum for dry, mature skin for the price.

On the fence
I was using for just over a week, so not long enough to notice any real difference, but I stopped due to irritation. I was also using products with niacinamide - which could've been the culprit on their own, but also certainly weren't helping in conjunction with the vit c on my sensitive skin. Wasn't aware these two could cause irritation when used together... the more you know. I plan to try this serum again sans niacinamide once my skin calms.

Nothing noticeable, but could be concentration
This product may work better at a higher concentration. I started with 10 AOX as this is my first time using a daily serum. I use retin A every other day and my skin may already be maxed on cell turnover. I am willing to try the next highest concentration as I do believe there are benefits to this product.

Not for extremely sensitive skin
I wanted to love this product because its texture left my skin absolutely radiant under make up, but unfortunately my sensitive skin did not react well with this it. My face felt itchy and uncomfortable. I had to return it. I think if you have just slightly sensitive skin or are wanting to introduce a Vitamin C serum in a lower dose before working up to a higher concentration, this is a perfect product for you.
