I love SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore. I use twice a day, AM/PM, and before using SPF. I use this also as a blender for Colorscience EvenUp, it helps tremendously with slide for the EvenUp product. It hasn't pilled when layered with any of my facial products, and for most days, its sufficient as a moisturizer for my dry to combo skin. It has a permanent place in my skincare routine.

This is a very nice moisturizer for the winter months...a little goes a fairly long way. But in the colder months, it is soothing on very dry spots. My dermatologist gave me this as a night cream, but I tend to get a bit red at the corners of my mouth and am going to see if it helps. SkinCeuticals is a good line.

After 3 weeks of using Triple Lipid Restore, my skin is definitely more hydrated and fresh looking. To get maximum results though, I've found it's necessary to use it morning and night. I ordered this after using a sample. I really like this cream because it does what a cream needs to do as a last step in most routines--at night it moisturizes and creates a nice barrier for any retinoids or serums that may have been applied before it. For day, I apply lightly after my vitamin C serum, and it feels comfortable all day, not heavy or greasy even when I put my sunscreen over it. Best thing is that it does not "pill" like many moisturizers do--you apply it and everything you put on before rubs off in little particles and you don't know if you should start over. Someone should write an article on this. But this cream is great and does not cause pilling.
