It has a very nice consistency and absorbs quickly. I have only been using it for about two weeks, so it is a bit early to tell how effective it is on my brown spots. I see some brightening of the skin already, so I have great hope that there will be quite an improvement in brightening and in fading the brown spots after having used it for about two months. I mix it with my retinol in the evening, because it allows me to handle the retinol better, and that is a great additional benefit.

Even and correct
Just had IPL treatment to reduce brown spots on face due to sun damage and minor pre cancer spot freezings and scrapings at dermatologist. Using the skin medica even and correct in between the two treatments. It has only been a couple of weeks, but the combination is definitely working. My skin is much clearer and brighter and spots are lighter. I have had no irritation from the even and correct. I wear it each night. Since I have only had one treatment, I do attribute some of the improvement to Skin Medica but how much I can’t say. The combo is definitely working for me and I will probably continue using for at least the next three months and reevaluate then.

I have only been using this for >4 weeks, but already I can see improvement of my (mild!) PIH and melasma. I am particularly happy to also notice brightening and improvement in the appearance of my skin overall. The formula is also gentle enough for me to use on the same night as tretinoin. That makes it already worth the cost but it is ALSO a dream to use on top of being very effective. It spreads well, absorbs and disappears very quickly, does not pill, does not have a strong scent, and it lightly hydrates my very dry skin.
