The jury is still out in this product for me. I like the consistency and that there is basically no smell, but I am not sure I have seen any noticeable results after using for a few weeks. My face did flake a bit for the first few days, which I was surprised about so I know it’s doing something. I’m going to keep using it!

Great product, repeat buyer
I have sensitive skin and easily get sun spots, melasma, and sun damage. This product works really great for my skin, especially since vitamin C serums do not work well with my skin type. Give the product a good 3 months to start seeing significant improvements, and then continual use is helpful. Only reason this is not a 5-star review is because lasers and other procedures performed in doctors offices are the real 5-star products.

Been using the product for a few weeks now on my face and neck. It starting to lighten up a little. It seems to be working but very slowly. I believe it will take a couple of months for me to see some good results. My pigment is pretty bad especially on my neck. I’m hopeful.

I’ve only used this product for two weeks in my evening cleanse routine. It hasn’t irritated my skin and I suffer from many skin conditions. Acne, dryness, eczema, hyperpigmentation, hypersensitivity, keratosis pilaris and rosacea. I must be very careful, so that has been a huge positive. I will continue to use the entire bottle, then I will reassess if it is worth the hefty price.

To address hyperpigmentation
I purchased this serum to address hyperpigmentation and Malasma during my pregnancy. It’s a nice consistency and isn’t greasy. My skin absorbs this well. I don’t notice extreme results, but I know that hyperpigmentation is difficult to address and takes a while to fade. I would purchase this again.

WORKED INCREDIBLY WELL...FOR ME
I'm 60 yrs old, normal skin & half Japanese. I started using Lytera 10 yrs ago because I had tons of age spots. Six months later, 80% of them had faded or disappeared entirely. In fact, my dermatologist asked to use my before & after pics. So why 4, not 5-stars? Because I've tried a lot of products before Lytera. Products that friends swore by, but didn't work for me. No matter what a company may claim, the fact that we all different skin & DNA means some products will work for some but not all. There isn’t just 1 magical product for everyone. If there were we'd all be using it by now. Lytera also worked well for my sister but we do share similar DNA. Bottom Line: it is an expensive product. But if you can afford it, it's worth a try. And like all skin care products, you have to use it religiously for 30 to 60 days, with a full spectrum sunscreen to see (or not see) results. Hope that helps someone!

I have been using Lytera 2.0 Pigment Correcting Serum for several years now. It is mild on my skin and does not leave it dry and flaky like some other products. I use this product both morning and night daily. It has helped to even out my skin coloring and has gotten rid of some “sun spots.” I do recommend it!

I really like the feel of this serum, feels more like a lotion. It’s very moisturizing. I’ve only been using for about 3 weeks and my skin is glowing. Unfortunately, especially considering the price point, I don’t see much improvement in my hyperpigmentation. I bought this serum because of the rave reviews and was willing to pay the high price for results but haven’t seen them yet. Hopefully with more time I will notice an improvement.
